Return window

You can request a return within 3 days of delivery.

What we accept

  • Change of mind: Allowed if the item is unused, unopened, and sealed with all tags, manuals, gifts, and original packaging.

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Allowed. Share clear photos or an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

What we cannot accept

  • Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or personal-care items unless defective.

  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or free gifts.

  • Gift cards, sample kits, and products marked “final sale.”

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 7 days.

  • If the original item is fine and unopened, you cover courier both ways.

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover courier and send a replacement after inspection.

Return shipping fees

  • Our mistake (damaged, defective, wrong item): we pay return shipping.

  • Change of mind or customer error: you pay return shipping. Original shipping or COD fees are not refundable.

Inspection and timeline

After we receive the return, inspection takes 1–3 business days.

Replacement dispatch or refund initiation happens within 3–7 business days after approval. 

Cancellations

You can cancel before dispatch by contacting us. If the order has shipped, accept delivery and request a return within 7 days.
