4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order:

  • Orders may be cancelled if:

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery within Dhaka: 1–2 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–3 working days

  • Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, strikes, courier issues).

6. Return & Refund Policy

We follow a strict quality check system.
Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged, expired, or wrong product.

  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Refunds/Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Skin reaction or allergies (as skincare results vary by person)

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
